Refund policy

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed.

Please keep in mind that credit card companies and banks have their own processing time on refunds.

You will be fully refunded for the shoes returned, less the original shipping as it already has been used to ship to you. Return and re-shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

We recommend that you use a tracked and insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not received.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your bank. Keep in mind that there is often a few business days processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.

Sale items
Unfortunately only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.
